Colon Hydrotherapy is a safe and effective method of cleansing the colon. A slow fill of warm, filtered water enters the colon via the rectum and helps flush out toxic matter.
Undigested foods cause mucus to build up in the colon, which in return produces toxins, weakening our health. By removing the waste material and the harmful bacteria that is produced by encrusted fecal matter from the colon, a detoxification process begins, and we are left with more effective digestion, less bloating and increased absorption of nutrients.

Relax and restore. A specialized massage that promotes the circulation of the lymph, helps rid the body of toxins and strengthens the immune system, while alleviating bloating, fogginess and lack of energy.
The Lymphatic System feeds every cell and organ in our body through a network of ducts, vessels and nodes, and it carries the waste away from the tissues and into the bloodstream so that it can be carried out of the body. Ear candling is an alternative therapy to remove ear wax in which the tapered end of an ear candle is placed in a person’s ear while the other end of the candle is lit. The heat produced helps to draw out excess earwax and other debris which may be present in the ear canal by a partial vacuum created by the candle flame.
Benefits of ear candling may include relieving tinnitus (ringing in the ears), sinus pain and pressure; assisting with relieving Swimmers' ear; assisting with headaches; and relieving severely itchy ears (often caused by yeast, mold or dairy allergies). Other potential benefits may include improved lymphatic fluid flow through the body, improved color perception, a more balanced emotional state and clearer thinking.
